Sorbitol and other artificial sweeteners,: Some research suggests that artificial sweeteners may have a laxative effect
on our digestive system.So if you have diarrhea be sure not to use candy and chewing gum without sugar
and diet sodas.
Foods that cause gases:During diarrhea it is important to consume fruits and vegetables, especially those with high water content and also cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and beans because they increase intestinal gas and will make situation even worse.
Foods that can easily spoil: Raw meat and fish can be problematic in this case, so avoid them until you do not
feel better.

One of the most important factors when it comes to diarrhea is dehidration.During diarrhea our body loses a lot of water so you should use a liquid with electrolytes.It is recommended to eat soup and drink fresh fruit juices also.
