First two days take 2-3 tablespoons daily.The next days,one teaspoon,three times a day before meals.This mixture can reduce high blood sugar levels within a month and keep blood sugar under control in the future.

Ingredients

50 g of oat cereal
½ liter of distilled water (or boiled and cooled water)

Preparation
